Really weight loss is easy to achieve if you just do some heavy workouts and a strict yoga and it can help you lose weight, but it's so much more than a weight loss program or traditional exercise class. Thanks a lot!Easy Weight Losshttp://www.myhcgsource.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8089753435429700179.post-56142178644517796682011-01-16T16:50:40.696-06:002011-01-16T16:50:40.696-06:00I've been practicing yoga for .... sheesh ... ...I've been practicing yoga for .... sheesh ... almost 5 years now. I've added layers of muscles that have actually made me slightly thicker than I was before I started practicing, most noticeably in my arms and thighs. So my shape is transformed, but so is my mind, body and soul. I wouldn't got back to my old workout routine for the world.Noelhttp://www.frenchchristmas.typepad.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8089753435429700179.post-57849376253253965542011-01-12T13:12:49.241-06:002011-01-12T13:12:49.241-06:00YES! I did ask the dreaded question, but with only a 140 characters it was hard to fully ask my question:) I have been doing high cardio workouts for so long, and just dealing with lots of pain for so long, but thinking that was the only way to keep me healthy, along with eating healthy of course. I just recently read Eat, Pray, Love and Women Food and God, and it has changed my whole Outlook on life, eating, and even working out. I have a friend helping me with how to mediate, and decided to try yoga again. Wow, i don't dread working out now, I look forward to yoga each day, and my time to meditate. Then I wondered can I just make this my workout, along with walking my dog. Your answer helped me a lot, yoga makes me happy, and I so happy to find such a lovely yoga community on twitter now too:) I still need to understand the different types of yoga:)
Thank you so much,
Take care,
Terra (foodsafetylady on Twitter)Terrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07815937556603743158noreply@blogger.com
