I don't have any friends who regularly use a male baby sitter. And I don't know many 15 year old boys who would be doing it. But Kid 3 is great with the kids and they love him. And at first when I came up with the plan of hiring kid 4, I really just thought how much money can I afford to give her for this trip to help you with the stress of it. (Hence the amount and the # of weeks I choose.) It only took one week for me to realize I'm benefiting more from this arrangement then I ever thought possible and started dropping the hints to her that I wanted to keep her forever. I know my house is small and I should clean it myself. But having her come just takes a little extra stress off my plate. And she can get it done quicker because she's not having to sneak around doing it during nap time or have 2 screaming kids following her around while she does the work. I'm going to be sad the day she turns 16 and gets a real teen job. I guess then it'll be time to hire the next 2 kids. =) Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15905836789517337800noreply@blogger.com
